Orders placed before 4pm Mon–Fri are dispatched the same day. Most UK addresses receive their order the next working day.
Yes — every product is sourced directly from the manufacturer with full UK warranty cover. We never sell grey-imported or refurbished kit.
Yes. Trade accounts unlock up to 25% off GBP, 30-day credit terms, free next-day delivery, and a dedicated account manager. Apply on the Trade page.
You can return any unused item in original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. See our Delivery & Returns page for details.
We currently ship to all of mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Highlands, and the Channel Islands. For Republic of Ireland and EU orders, please contact us.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and bank transfer. Trade accounts can also pay on 30-day credit.
All prices on the site are shown inclusive of UK VAT at 20%. Trade customers can view ex-VAT pricing once logged in.
