The following terms apply to all purchases and use of ephsuppliers.com. By using this site you confirm acceptance of these terms.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of ephsuppliers.com and any purchase you make from Elite Plumbing & Heating Suppliers Ltd. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order. Trade accounts require valid business details and may be subject to credit checks.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
4. Pricing and VAT
All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate unless stated otherwise. Trade-account customers may view ex-VAT pricing once logged in. We try to ensure pricing is accurate but reserve the right to correct errors before dispatch.
5. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. Approved trade accounts may pay on agreed 30-day credit terms. Title in goods passes only on full payment.
6. Delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. If goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs to qualify for replacement.
7. Warranties
All products carry the manufacturer's UK warranty. We are not responsible for installation errors or for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modification. Statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
8. Returns and cancellations
Consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for the full process. Trade and special-order items may be non-returnable.
9. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or installation costs.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Elite Plumbing & Heating Suppliers Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright law.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, supply-chain disruption, or extreme weather.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
