The Baxi 248042 circulation pump (15-60, 105) is the original OEM pump fitted to a wide range of these boilers and has been officially superseded by manufacturer replacement part 7722642, which is supplied as the direct and fully compatible replacement.

The pump circulates heated water around the boiler and central heating system. When it fails, symptoms include no heat to radiators, noisy pipework, boiler overheating, or error codes related to circulation. Replacing the faulty unit with the updated 7722642 pump restores correct water circulation and protects other boiler components from heat stress.

This is a direct OEM replacement requiring no modification when fitted to compatible appliances. Installation must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
