The Baxi 7211822 Flow Regulator 12 Ltr/Min, supplied with the 720788201 Hall Sensor, is a replacement kit designed for combi boilers. It helps maintain the correct water flow rate while providing accurate sensor readings.

This combination supports efficient boiler operation, helps reduce flow-related faults and maintains a dependable domestic hot water supply.

Suitable for selected Baxi, Potterton, Main and Myson boilers, the kit replaces worn or faulty flow regulators and Hall sensors to help restore normal boiler performance.
