The Ideal Return Group Kit is a critical hydraulic assembly in many Ideal Logic, Logic+, and related combi boilers, housing the flow sensor and pressure relief valve that monitor and regulate water flow and system pressure. When this assembly fails — causing pressure faults, flow sensor errors, or leaking PRV — replacing the complete return group is the most efficient and reliable repair. The Ideal Return Group Kit (Part No. 175552) is supplied as a complete refurbished assembly including the Flow Sensor Hall Effect 175590 and the Pressure Relief Valve 175413.
